The Pool Shack offers pool maintenance, cleaning, chemical treatments, equipment upgrades, and repairs. Services are provided on a one-time or recurring basis, depending on your selected service plan.

3. Booking and Payments
  • Customers must schedule services in advance through our website, phone, or email.

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed.

  • Recurring service plans require monthly or pre-agreed payment schedules.

  • We accept payments via credit/debit cards, bank transfers, or other approved methods.

4. Cancellations and Rescheduling
  • Customers must notify us at least 24 hours in advance for cancellations or reschedules.

  • Same-day cancellations may be subject to a cancellation fee.

  • If we are unable to complete a service due to factors beyond our control (e.g., locked gates, pets, weather conditions), the full service fee may still apply.

5. Liability and Damages
  • The Pool Shack takes great care in providing professional pool services. However, we are not responsible for pre-existing damage, faulty equipment, or issues caused by improper pool maintenance prior to our service.

  • Customers must ensure safe access to the pool area. We are not liable for accidents caused by unsafe conditions at the service location.

  • Chemicals used in pool maintenance are handled safely; however, we are not responsible for damage resulting from improper customer use after service.

6. Equipment and Repairs
  • Equipment repairs and upgrades will be quoted separately.

  • Customers must approve all repair and replacement costs before work begins.

  • Manufacturer warranties apply to certain equipment, but Vista Blue Pools does not guarantee third-party products.

7. Weather and Service Interruptions
  • Services may be delayed or rescheduled due to extreme weather conditions (storms, heavy rain, etc.).

  • We will notify customers of any service interruptions and arrange an alternative service date.

8. Customer Responsibilities
  • Customers must provide accurate pool size, equipment details, and any relevant information during service requests.

  • Pets should be secured during service visits for the safety of our technicians.

  • Customers must maintain pool water levels and notify us of any unusual conditions affecting the pool.

9. Privacy Policy
  • We respect your privacy. Personal information collected through our website or service bookings is used solely for business purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

10. Changes to Terms and Conditions
